  Group safety level is set to 'Safe' in the competition group settings.
  That just won't work for 'nudes' theme.
  Unless you insist on it being only implied nudity, and even then it's stretching the rules.
  From the intro I gather you meant to set in to 'moderate' which would be human body sans genitalia.

  I'm actually rather disappointed because I tried to organize a last-minute shoot and due to some safety-related Flickr settings I was unable to enter my photo to the competition. It was a very close one time-wise, but I was inside the limit of midnight Sydney time.
  
  I don't need everyone to see my photo, but it was my first ever organized portrait shoot and I just wanted that time to go to some use, especially now during finals when time is in short supply.
