The Z8 is a brilliant camera that is going to make a lot of photographers and videographers happy. No camera can provide everything to everyone - I personally would have preferred no SD card slot and to keep the GPS from the Z9 - But that won't be a deal breaker for most people. I am still deciding if I will purchase one - will depend on how the high res video formats do in real world, outdoor on location film shoots. Time will tell.
