Q. What if I have to leave early or arrive late?

A. Please let us know ahead of time, so we can make sure we give you the support needed to get all the course content. We will figure it out.

A. Please let us know of any issues ahead of time, so we can make arrangements. We will do everything we can to meet your personal needs.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. If we need to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason, a full refund will be offered. If you need to cancel, if it is more than 2 months prior we will refund (less a 5% admin fee). Under 2 months and we offer a credit to attend any future workshop worldwide. (We cannot refund last minute - as minimum numbers are required for events to run).
