Payment: 

$1500 non refundable deposit due at time of reservation.

$3,000pp due 6 weeks later via bank TT

Balance due December 1, 2016 via bank TT

* Save $100pp by paying in single payment.

Total package price $7,600 (Early bird $7,350) 

All prices based on double occupancy / sharing basis. 

Single supplement $450 - We will do our best to pair you with another person of same sex. However if there is not a match, you will be required to pay the single supplement.

Minimum group size 8, max 8.

Refunds:

If the trip is cancelled for any reason at any time by Matthew Granger, or if the trip does not proceed due to insufficient participants, you will receive a 100% refund on your deposit paid.   Should you need to cancel, you will receive 100% of your payment minus the initial non-refundable deposit, if before October 1, 2016, an 80% refund minus the initial non-refundable deposit between October 1 and December 1, 2016, a 50% refund minus the initial non-refundable deposit between December 1 and January 15, 2017, and no refund after January 15, 2017.

We will have group travel insurance to cover our travel within Bhutan, however we strongly reccommend that you take out your own comprehensive travel insurance.  We recommend you purchase your travel insurance within 10 days of your initial payment, so that your trip deposit will be covered in the event you need to cancel for a covered reason.  We recommend the website insuremytrip.com.  Look for “Package Policies” and choose one that provides a minimum of $100,000 in emergency rescue/evacuation coverage. 

You are advised not to purchase your international air tickets until you receive confirmation from Matthew Granger  that the minimum group size has been reached and that the trip will proceed as planned.
